ABOUT TIREX SERVICES

Our range of services is comprehensive and individually tailored to our clients.

We transport ordinary commercial goods, ADR goods, refrigerated goods, we provide full-load (FTL), full-load and less than load (LTL) transport, as well as transport of express parcels and collection service (groupage).

We have our own warehouse (including customs), our own vehicles with a capacity of 2-120 m3 and a wide base of contracted carriers with a long tradition.

TRANSPORTATION

In the past, the subsidiary S.P.R. spol. s.r.o., which is currently an integral part of TIREX and forms one of our departments, has our own vehicle fleet.

Vehicles meeting all technical parameters and international standards are at your disposal every day. Our vehicle fleet is regularly renewed and expanded.

Our vehicles, as well as those of our partners, are driven by drivers with many years of experience in international truck transport.

Each vehicle is equipped with a GSM mobile phone with roaming and we monitor all our vehicles via satellite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Based on these facts, we can provide clients with accurate information about the movement of their shipment.

For carriers

We offer year-round vehicle extraction, full-vehicle transportation, loading, collection and express transportation in export and import sessions under favorable conditions.

SHIPPING

Our main activity is forwarding, which is provided daily by an experienced team of more than 30 forwarders.

We offer:

  • Transport of goods from 1 kg to FTL 24 tons
  • Transportation of dangerous goods in accordance with the ADR convention
  • Transport of goods by vehicles according to the customer’s needs (standard, megatrailer, jumbo – set, canvas semi-trailer, box)

  • Collection service with regular lines for destinations in the EU and ex-USSR

CUSTOMS DECLARATION

We provide the following services

  • issuing transport documents
  • issuing import, export and transit customs declarations
  • intrastat processing
  • services of temporary customs storage of goods
Documents required for representation in customs proceedings:
  • power of attorney in the form of a mandate contract
  • a notarized copy of an extract from the commercial register or trade certificate
  • notarized copy of the assignment of the tax registration number (EORI)

LOGISTICS

For the needs of our clients, we offer our own storage space with an area of 700 m2 at the company headquarters, guarded 24/7.

We provide the following services:

  • Handling of goods
  • Management of warehouse records
  • Packing, picking, co-packing, sorting, labeling of goods
  • Restoration of damaged packages
  • Distribution throughout Slovakia and the entire EU
  • Tailor-made logistics services according to customer specifications

ADDITIONAL SHIPMENT INSURANCE

We recommend additional shipment insurance (all-risk insurance) if the value of the goods exceeds the CMR liability limit.
